Exchanges without approval will be returned to the sender.

Store credit will be granted within 7 days since the merchandise arrives at your box. 

All credits are valid for 60 days.

Swimwear, white clothing, any offer or flash sale and sale items are final sales and they cannot be returned. 

The customer will be responsible for all returning shipping costs. 

Merchandise obtained with store credit cannot be exchanged and will be considered a final sale.
